Unfortunately, cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I noticed the hallway carpets were filthy with debris, which isn't what you'd expect. Food temperature ran a bit lukewarm more often than not, making me question if the chefs were attentive enough in serving—it felt like meals were just thrown together without care.

Great family getaway!
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the spacious family room. The pool was awesome, and the staff, especially at the poolside snack bar, were super friendly. The entertainment was a blast, especially Ryan, who really got everyone involved. Just a heads up, snacks were a bit limited, mostly tiny ice creams. But the overall vibe was fantastic!

The Double or Twin Room with Inland View was okay, but definitely had some issues. The beds seemed new and were really comfy, which was nice. the room itself felt old and not super clean. Housekeeping did their best, but it could use some renovating. The view from the room wasn’t anything special either, just a basic inland view. it was a mixed bag for comfort.

Recommend it for families seeking fun
We had a great time with the kids there and the pool area was fantastic, just perfect for them to splash around. The entertainment was a highlight especially Mario, who created a fun atmosphere with darts games during the day.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but the experience was worth the money.
